Surf Fishing Report:
Not much surfing new this morning. There were scattered Sea Mullet, Bluefish, and Pompano on Hatteras Island. The point had a good Drum bite at night catching over a hundred.
This side of the bridge some Bluefish, Sea Mullet and Croaker. I got news this morning there were 2 big Trout caught in the Avalon pier area this morning.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Trout, Sea Mullet and Bluefish.
Nags Head: Trout, Sea Mullet and Bluefish.
Jennette’s: Bluefish, Trout and Sea Mullet.
Outer Banks: Bluefish, Spot and muddy water.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Near shore nice catch of Bluefish.

Offshore Boats Report:
Dolphin and Blackfin was plentiful and a couple of Yellowfin were also landed. Bottom fishing was good for Tilefish, my favorite on the table.

The winds are SW at 8 and the water temp is 57 degrees. Partly sunny, light, clean swells.
