Surf Fishing Report:
It was a slow day due to the windy conditions. Water is clear this morning. You should catch some Pompano with Sand Fleas. You can pick up the sand fleas at TW’s Tackle. Hatteras Island reported Sea Mullet and Spot. There were a few Pompano and Sea Mullet caught in Nags Head. Dylan Barnhouse caught what looks like a in the slot Black Drum. A keeper Black Drum is between 14 and 25 TL/10 a day.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported some Trout.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Bluefish, Pompano and Spanish.
Nags Head: Mullet, Trout, good run of Flounder and Bluefish.
Jennette’s: Pompano.
Outer Banks: Bluefish, Sea Mullet, Ribbon fish and a 22 in Black Drum.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
It was a blow day but inshore and nearshore boats fished. Nearshore had good catches of Bluefish, Spanish and Ribbonfish. Inshore caught Flounder, Sea Mullet and Ribbonfish.

Offshore Boats Report:
Offshore fleet stayed in the creek.

The winds are NW at 14 and the water temp is 71 degrees. Sunny, breezy, small swells.
