Surf Fishing Report:
Buxton was reporting Spanish and Bluefish on glass minnow lures but you had to be able to cast far enough to reach the clean water. Avon had Pompano and Mullet. Hatteras had Spanish and Bluefish as well. North beaches are catching some Sheepshead, Bluefish. It was another windy day with cold water. Water is murky this morning and still cold.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported The Trout fish bite is better than usual with more keepers.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: No contact.
Nags Head: Trout, Mullet and Spot
Jennette’s: Spot, Croaker, Sea Mullet and Sand Perch.
Outer Banks: Sea Mullet.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore Decked many ribbonfish, Cobia and Spanish. Inshore also caught Ribbonfish, Striped Bass and Trout.

Offshore Boats Report:
Another windy day and choppy Ocean for the fleet. They caught citation Bigeyes, Gaffer Dolphin, Wahoo, Yellowfin and released a White Marlin.

The winds are SE at 13 and the water temp is 57 degrees. Sunny, breezy, flat Ocean.
