Surf Fishing Report:
We would like to congratulate all the Kids that fished the 49th Fritz Bowden youth Tournament and the parents for being there with them. Thanks to all piers and all the people and businesses that make this possible every year.

Surf Fishing Report:
The fishing was slow yesterday. It was windy with 60 mph gust. Too windy for catching Spanish on the Island. Some Sea Mullet reported north of the Inlet.
The Ocean is too cold for the kiddies.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported some nice spot and the usual Trout with a few keepers.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Sea Mullet and Fishing is slow on all the piers.
Nags Head: Sea Mullet
Jennette’s: Sea Mullet.
Outer Banks: Sea Mullet and Spot.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Spanish and Bluefish in the Inlet and Trout, Croaker and Spot inshore.

Offshore Boats Report:
The Fleet stayed in the creek.

The winds are W at 19 and the water temp is 57 degrees. Sunny, windy flat Ocean.
