Surf Fishing Report:
There were some Pompano and Sea Mullet reported on Hatteras Island with Spanish at ramp 44.
The north beaches reported scattered Pompano, Spot and Mullet.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout and Spot.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Blues and Pompano.
Nags Head: Blues, Flounder, Spanish and Trout.
Jennette’s: Bluefish and Spanish.
Outer Banks: Blues and Mullet.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Inshore anglers found some Trout and plenty Bluefish with nearshore also with Blues and Spanish.

Offshore Boats Report:
The bottom fishing was exceptional yesterday with the fleet returning with quite a haul of good eating Tilefish. Many citations were given for Bigeyes and Yellowfin. Mahi and Wahoo was also in the mix.

The winds are NW at 5 and the water temp is 71 degrees. Sunny, calm winds, flat Ocean.
