Surf Fishing Report:
Another hot day. There were Sea Mullet and Pompano scattered on Hatteras Island with some Spanish reported at ramp 45. North of Avalon beach the surf fishing was good yesterday with a Bluefish bite in Duck and Kitty Hawk, Triggers and Pompano as well. Pompano, Bluefish and Sea Mullet were on all the north beaches.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported have some keepers, a keeper Flounder and bottom fish. The crabbing is good this week on the causeway.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Had a 3 hour run of Spanish early this morning.
Nags Head: Red Drum, plenty Spanish, Triggers and Trout.
Jennette’s: Spanish, Sea Mullet, Sheepshead, Triggers, Flounder, Spot and Blues.
Outer Banks: Limit of Spanish, nice Spot, Flounder and a Red Drum was caught last night.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
The nearshore boats continue to deck plenty Bluefish and Spanish and added some Albacore and Trout to the mix. Inshore also caught Spanish, Bluefish and Speckled Trout.

Offshore Boats Report:
The fleet returned to the docks with their boxes filled with Blackfin, Yellowfin, Bigeyes, lots of Dolphin,
some Wahoo, Kings and limited out on Tilefish.

The winds are W at 8and the water temp is 73 degrees. Sunny, calm winds, small swells.
