Surf Fishing Report:
Surf fishing is overall slow. Some small Bluefish, Sea Mullet and Flounder.

The winds are SW at 4 and the water temp is 75 degrees.


Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout, Black Drum and Croaker.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Bluefish, Spanish, and Sea Mullet.

Nags Head: Flounder and Spadefish.

Jennette’s: Spot, Spadefish, Pinfish and Sea Mullet.

Outer Banks: Bluefish and nice Sea Mullet.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Inshore and Offshore had plenty Bluefish and Spanish again and inshore added a few Shark. The headboat enjoyed the best day of the season so far catching keeper Flounder, a citation Sea Mullet, Sea Robin, Trout, Bluefish, Pins and pigs.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
Fishing slowed for the fleet. Some good catches of big Yellowfin and Blackfin were thrown on the docks and some Wahoo and Dolphin also.

TW’s Justin Stewart and anglers Jake Liverman, Shane Oneill and Trey were fishing with Capt Walt Liverman and got in some of that offshore action and caught Yellowfin up to 65 lbs, Blackfin, Gaffer Dolphin and a Wahoo as well. (Picture).
