Surf Fishing Report:
Spanish and Bluefish scattered on Hatteras Island and Croaker and Spot caught on fish bites. Spot, Croaker, small Trout were on this side of the Inlet. Ever thing should improve today with the water being 77 degrees.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout early morning, Black Drum and Spot.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: No contact.
Nags Head: Bluefish, Spanish, Ribbonfish, Spot and Sea Mullet.
Jennette’s: Bluefish, Pompano, Pigfish and Spanish.
Outer Banks: Early morning Bluefish and Spanish, Spot and Spanish now with a 17 in Flounder.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Some Flounder and Sea Mullet in the Inlet, good Trout fishing in the sound and Spanish and Bluefish nearshore.

Offshore Boats Report:
Not many boats sailed yesterday. The ones that did laid a few Yellowfin, Blackfin and Wahoo out on the docks.

The winds are E at 8 and the water temp is 78 degrees. Sunny, breezy, small swells.
