Surf Fishing Report:
Croakers, Bluefish and Sea Mullet reported in Frisco. Some Spanish, Bluefish and Sea Mullet in Hatteras. I understand there is a problem with the beach being washed out in the Ramp 55 area at low tide.
On the north end of our beaches there were some Spanish and Bluefish in Carova. I heard nothing from this end. The water is so cold not many people fishing or swimming.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported some keeper Trout, Black Drum and Flounder.

Pier Fishing Report:
It is extremely hot on the piers doing the afternoon and not many people fishing.
Avalon: Slow.
Nags Head: Slow.
Jennette’s: Flounder, Sea Mullet, Spot and Pinfish.
Outer Banks: Sea Mullet.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Trout fishing has been spectacular in the sounds. Nearshore plenty Spanish, Red Drum, Sheepshead and Black Drum

Offshore Boats Report:guren
Many boats went out yesterday and were well rewarded with Yellowfin, Blackfin, some Big-eye, a few Dolphin and Wahoo.

The winds are SW at 15 and the water temp is 62 degrees. Sunny, breezy, flat Ocean.
