Surf Fishing Report:
Spanish and Bluefish were biting at the point. Some Pompano and Sea Mullet scattered on the beaches and Hatteras had Flounder. Andrew Diaz sent word telling lots of small Sea Mullet and small Blues in the Southern Shores surf but nothing for the cooler but still better than surf fishing has been.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout and bottom fish.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Mullet, Bluefish and Triggers.
Nags Head: Flounder, Mullet, Bluefish, and Blow Toads.
Jennette’s: Pigfish, Gray Trout, Sea Mullet.
Outer Banks: Gray Trout, Sea Mullet and Pigfish.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
The Inlet anglers reported Trout, Stripers and Ribbonfish. Nearshore had Ribbonfish, Spanish, and Amberjack. Sound fishermen are catching Trout in large qualities.

Offshore Boats Report:
It was a killer day for catching Dolphin. The fleet also caught some Yellowfin, Blackfin, Swordfish, a few Wahoo, released Sailfish as well.

The winds are E at 7 and the water temp is 72 degrees. Cloudy, calm winds, a little chop.
