Surf Fishing Report:
The beach had an early morning rain but fishing was fair later. There were Spanish, and Bluefish and some Pompano, Sea Mullet and Croaker reported down on the Island, A few small Bluefish, Trout and Croaker on the north beaches.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout and bottom fish.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Spanish, Bluefish. Lost a Cobia and King.
Nags Head: Bluefish, Sea Mullet, Ribbonfish and Trout.
Jennette’s: No Contact.
Outer Banks: Pompano and Spot.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore anglers decked Ribbonfish, Albacore, Spanish and Cobia. Inshore the Trout bite is still on.

Offshore Boats Report:
Mahi dominated the offshore news and Wahoo, Yellowfin, Blackfin, King Mackerel and limits Tilefish were also caught
The winds are NW at 7 and the water temp is 74 degrees. Sunny, light winds, flat Ocean.
