Surf Fishing Report:
We definitely had the storms that were predicted for Wednesday. Early morning Spanish were caught near the jetties. There were Sea Mullet and Pompano scattered along Island beaches with Hatteras having some Bluefish added. North of bridge Bluefish, Skate, Spot and Sea Mullet were reported.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported slow. Some Trout, small Puppy Drum and Black Drum.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Spot, Croaker, Flounder and Mullet.
Nags Head: Mullet, Flounder and Spot.
Jennette’s: No Contact.
Outer Banks: Spot and Mullet.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore anglers are catching Albacore, Ribbonfish and trolling boats catching Bluefish and Spanish. Inshore limits of Trout and releasing Red Drum.

Offshore Boats Report:
The fleet came home with a decent amount of Mahi, some Wahoo, Yellowfin and Blackfin.

The winds are W at 9 and the water temp is 57 degrees. Sunny, light winds, small surf.
