Surf Fishing Report:
Avon reported Spanish, Spot and Mullet with Buxton adding Ribbonfish and Bluefish and Spanish at the Point. Sea Mullet was caught at Frisco and Hatteras.
There was a good bite of Drum at the Inlet. A few Bluefish were also caught on the north beaches.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway a little slow. Small Trout, small Puppies and Croaker.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Spanish.
Nags Head: Bluefish, Spot, Trout, Mullet and Spanish.
Jennette’s: A 42 in King, Bluefish, Triggers, Spot and Pigfish.
Outer Banks: Bluefish on artificial bait.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
The boats had a fabulous day catching and releasing Red Drum. Spanish ribbonfish and King Mackerel were caught as well. The inlet had Flounder and Sea Mullet and sound fishing Trout.

Offshore Boats Report:
The offshore had good conditions for a change and came back to the creek with limits of Tilefish, Dolphin, Wahoo and Tuna. Some Billfish were also caught.

The winds are W at 8 and the water temp is 72 degrees. Sunny, calm winds, mall swells.
