Surf Fishing Report:
The Point reported Spanish and Bluefish on metal and Trout using bait. Oregon Inlet anglers caught some Trout, Drum and Bluefish. There was also some Bluefish and Trout caught in the Avalon area.
A reminder, Flounder season is closed to everyone.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Trout and Puppy Drum.
Nags Head: Trout, Drum, Bluefish and Spanish.
Jennette’s: Spot, Spanish and Bluefish.
Outer Banks: Spanish, Drum, Bluefish, Trout running from 17 in to 20, and lost a Cobia.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
The inshore anglers are decking plenty of Trout, Spanish, Bluefish and Red Drum. Nearshore caught Spanish, Trout, Triggers, Bluefish and Albacore.

Offshore Boats Report:
Blackfin, Wahoo and limits of Dolphin were brought to the docks yesterday with citation Billfish.

The winds are NE at 19 and the water temp is 80 degrees. Overcast, windy, rough Ocean.
