Surf Fishing Report:
Slow, a few bottom fish and a Bluefish, a lot of trash fish.

The winds are SW at 15 and the water temp is 75 degrees. It will be another scorcher; water is calm and 82 degrees on the surface.


Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout, Flounder and Rockfish.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Spadefish and Sea Mullet.

Nags Head: A couple of Cobia, Spanish, good run of Trout and Rays.

Jennette’s: Perch, Bluefish and Spade fish.

Outer Banks: Bluefish, Spanish, few Sea Mullet. A 35 lb Cobia, Thursday and now a 32 in throwback.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Nearshore Bluefish and Spanish catches remain good. Inshore also with Spanish and Bluefish plus Cobia and Trout. The headboat with the maximum amount of anglers caught Spanish, Sea Mullet, Bluefish, Puffers, Sea Robin, Croaker, Flounder and Pigs and pins.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
Bluewater fishing is spectacular. Big Yellowfin are plentiful, Blackfin and Gaffer Dolphin. Wahoo were caught as well.
