Surf Fishing Report:
Surf fishing was slow on both sides of the bridge. A few Drum at the point and some scattered Bluefish, Sea Mullet and Trout. Randy Heinzel caught the big Drum at Oregon Inlet and we had some Trout and Sea Mullet as well.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Spot and small Trout.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Puppy Drum, Trout, Sea Mullet and Black Drum.
Nags Head: Trout, Puppy Drum, Black Drum, Pompano, Mullet and weighed in a citation Trout.
Jennette’s: Spot and Bluefish
Outer Banks: Spot, Black Drum, Trout, Blues and Sea Mullet.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
The Inlet boats caught some King Mackerel and Albacore and the sound boats good numbers of Trout and Stripers.

Offshore Boats Report:
It certainly has been nice to have several good days of good weather to make it off shore. The fleet caught Blackfin, Wahoo and generous amount of Yellowfin. There were also a couple of Sailfih releases.

The winds are NW at 6 and the water temp is 69 degrees. Sunny, calm winds, small surf.
