Surf Fishing Report:

Hatteras Island reported some Sea Mullet on the north end and I have pictures of citations Drum caught in Avon. Bluefish were caught at the point on cut bait. Slot Drum in Frisco with Puffers beached in Frisco and Hatteras. It is overall slow on our beaches. The Trout fishermen are out every morning. I see them from the cams. The water is clear and there are a few small Trout, small Bluefish and Sea Mullet scattered. There were keepers caught beside Avalon pier this morning. The Ocean is clear and pretty and I was also told a strong current with a couple of people in their waders falling this morning. That is so scary.
