Surf Fishing Report:
News is scarce today. Red Drum were reported on both sides of the point with some Puppy Drum. Buxton had some Sea Mullet. We had a nice keeper Black Drum caught in Kitty Hawk and some small Trout scattered along the beaches.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout, some keepers.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Flounder and Trout.
Nags Head: Trout, Mullet, Spot and Flounder.
Jennette’s: Puppy Drum, Specks and Puffers
Outer Banks: Black Drum, Trout and 5 Puppy Drum, one keeper.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
A couple of boats fished the Inlet and nearshore. They caught good catches of Striper.

Offshore Boats Report:
Due to the weather the fleet stayed tied to the docks.

The winds are NE at 11 and the water temp is 65 degrees. Partly cloudy, breezy, small messy swell.
