Surf Fishing Report:
Another brisk morning on the Outer Banks. A beautiful day on this sand bar and I think the conditions are good for some surf fishing.
Hatteras Island had scattered Sea Mullet along the beaches and there was a good bite of Black Drum at ramp 44 and 43 weighing in at 4-5 lbs. Puppy Drum were also scattered among the beaches. We had Specks and Puppy Drum reported in Southern Shores and Mark Allen sent word he caught 2 20 in Specks and to slot Drum in KDH. No picture. I heard of some Sea Mullet on our beaches also.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout and Puppy Drum.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Nice size Puppies and Trout.
Nags Head: Trout.
Jennette’s: No report.
Outer Banks: Trout, Mullet, Flounder and Blow toads.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
