Surf Fishing Report:
I told you so. It was a good day to be fishing. Hatteras Island reported anglers catching Red Drum, Puppy Drum, citation Sea Mullet, Bluefish, Trout and Black Drum. Not as busy on this side of the bridge but the fishing was fair. There were Trout, Puppy Drum and Mullet.
Anglers are catching Trout north of Avalon pier this morning.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported slow today Trout and Stripers.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Trout, Puppy Drum, Flounder and a Striper.
Nags Head: Trout and more Trout.
Jennette’s: Trout and Flounder.
Outer Banks: Trout one 20 in, Mullet, Puppy Drum, Blow Toads and Spot

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
No news.

Offshore Boats Report:
It was a good Tuna bite for the off shore fleet reporting plenty Yellowfin and Black Fin. There were also Wahoo and some Dolphin with a Blue Marlin release.

The winds are SW at 7 and the water temp is 62 degrees. Sunny, light winds, clean swell.
