Saturday was a rainy windy day with gust from 45 to 60 mph and more of the same today. Hwy 12 is closed from the Bridge to Rodanthe. NCDOT is suggesting residents to stay off the roads as conditions get worse. It is a good day for a good book and plenty of football.
