Surf Fishing Report:
The point on Hatteras Island reported Puppy Drum and big Puffers. Trout and Drum were at the Jetties and Frisco anglers caught Trout and Drum north of ramp 49. There have been Drum and Trout in KDH.
Jessica McAnulty told me this morning she picked up a new rod at TW’s yesterday, she praised our employees and her first catch with the new rod was a keeper Drum.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout and Drum.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Trout
Nags Head: Trout and Drum.
Jennette’s: no report.
Outer Banks: Trout, Black Drum and Puppy Drum, some keepers
Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Sound fishing anglers are catching Trout and Drum
Offshore Boats Report:
It looks like it might be Saturday before the offshore fleet fishes again. Staying in the creek another day.
The winds are SW at 11 and the water temp is 57 degrees. Cloudy, breezy, mostly flat.
