Surf Fishing Report:
It was a beautiful day on this sandbar yesterday. There were Dogfish, Trout and Rockfish reported on our beaches. Joanne Torrence told me she caught several keeper Trout along with the throwback Striper. The beaches on Hatteras Island had a mix bag of fish and not a whole lot of any particular species. There were reports of some Blow toads, Black Drum, Trout and Puppy Drum.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Stripers.

Pier Fishing Report: A few Trout.
Avalon: Closed for the next several days. Putting pilings in today.
Nags Head: A few Trout.
Jennette’s:Dogfish.
Outer Banks: Slow.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
It was an awesome Striper day. Both sound boats and nearshore boats limited out on Stripers.

Offshore Boats Report:
There were plenty Yellowfin and Blackfin laid out on the docks yesterday and a 124 lb Big-eye as well.

The winds are W at 2 and the water temp is 60 degrees. Sunny, no wind, flat Ocean.
