Surf Fishing Report:
Scattered bottom fish. A Drum caught ever so often. Keeps it interesting.

The winds are SW at 8 and the water temp is 75 degrees. Flat Ocean, murky water, Carolina blue sky, isolated thunderstorms.


Sound Fishing Report:

The anglers on the Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway are catching Trout, Black Drum, Flounder and Stripers.


Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Bluefish.

Nags Head: Spadefish and Bluefish.

Jennette’s: Spadefish.

Outer Banks: Mullet, Sand Perch and a Trigger.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Nearshore boats caught a slew of Bluefish and Spanish. It was a good Red Drum day for the inshore anglers. There were Cobia and sharks as well. Both trips for the Headboat were profitable catching plenty of bottom fish.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
The fleet had a supper day limiting out on Dolphin and a generous amount of nice size Yellowfin. There was also a Sailfish release.
