Surf Fishing Report:
Very little action is being reported. There should be some bottom fish.

The winds are SW at 7 and the water temp is 75 degrees at pier end reported  by U. S. Army corps of Engineers Research Pier in Duck. Water is flat, overcast, another nineties day.

 


Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout, Flounder, Stripers and Black Drum.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Sea Mullet and Bluefish.

Nags Head: Slow.

Jennette’s: Spadefish, Spot and Triggers. Water temp is 66 degrees.

Outer Banks: 1 13 in Trigger and 1 16 in Flounder.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Inshore anglers are catching Trout and Bluefish. The nearshore fleet caught a large amount of Bluefish and Spanish, some Amberjack and King Mackerel. Miss Oregon Inlet fished the morning and caught Sea Mullet, Croaker, Sea Bass, Bluefish and Flounder.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
The Bluewater fleet returned to the docks with stout Yellowfin and Dolphin. Some of the boats caught their limits of Dolphin. Pirates Cove Marina reported since the Tilefish season has open some of the charters are catching their limits. My favorite fish for the table.
