Be aware the pole toad is temporarily closed behind ramp 55 for the construction of the new submarine line and Hatteras beach is experiencing erosion and will be impassable in some places.
The winds are NW at 9 and the water temp is 47 degrees. Overcast and sunny later, light winds, nice clean swells.
