Fishing Report:
The weather was good and there were some Black Drum and Puppy Drum reported in Buxton at the jetties.
The pole road is still closed behind ramp 55 for construction of the new submarine line.

I have pictures this morning of an exciting event.
Outer Banks Anglers Club sank this 80+ft Tug yesterday to finally give the Northern N.C. coast its first new Artificial Reef in many years. A 4 year project with 2 more 100ft vessels to come. This reef "America" is approximately 6 1/2 miles south of Oregon Inlet and will provide great fishing for OBX Anglers very soon. Come on out and join the club and become part of this historic event.

Also a video of the Outer Banks Anglers Club sinking the 80 ft tug.

The winds are NW at 16 and the water temp is 46 degrees. Sunny, breezy, choppy surf.
