Fishing Report:

We have a fairly nice day with storms later.
TW’s Bait and Tackle are open today. The Kitty Hawk store hours are from 9 to 5 and Nags Head 8 to 6 Sunday. And I might add they have fresh bait, most anything you would like to fish with.
There were several big Shark caught at the point and a few Red Drum as well. Anglers fishing the jetties caught nice size Bluefish and big rays. Bluefish regulations have changed. You can only keep 3 per person a day. On this side of the Bridge there have been Blow toads, Black Drum and Dogfish.
I received a letter from Cape Hatteras National Seashore Superintendent about social distancing.
Pay close attention everyone.

Important reminder to beachgoers that most of Cape Hatteras National Seashore beaches remain open for the purpose of staying healthy while following federal, state, and county guidelines to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
Beachgoers can help keep these areas open by staying at least 6 feet from each other and by not creating a gathering of 10 or more people in a single location. Additionally, vehicles should be parked with a reasonable distance between other vehicles. Adequate social distancing is easily achievable as there are currently over 61 miles of ocean-facing beaches available to spread out on.

The winds are ESE at 7 and the water temp is 54 degrees. Sunny, light winds, small surf.
