Surf Fishing Report:
Spot, Sea Mullet, Pompano and Flounder also Bluefish along the beaches.

The winds are E at 2 and the water temp is 79 degrees. Partly Cloudy.  Ocean like bath water, clear and small swells.


Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported early morning Trout, Black Drum and Croaker.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: 1 keeper Cobia, a couple of small ones, Spanish and Sea Mullet.

Nags Head: 3 lb Spanish.

Jennette’s: Spadefish, Sea Mullet, Pigfish and Spot. Water temp 81 degrees.

Outer Banks: Small ea Mullet and Bluefish.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

The nearshore fleet and inshore fleet had a fantastic day catching a good assortment of species. Nearshore caught a big amount of Spanish and Bluefish, plus King Mackerel, Albacore and Moonfish. Inshore caught Specks, Moonfish, King Mackerel, Spanish, Albacore and Bluefish.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
The Yellowfin was still a little slow yesterday. Dolphin fishing was fair. Boats caught their limits bottom fishing for Tilefish. A few Blackfin and Wahoo also. There were Billfish releases.
