Surf Fishing Report:
Really slow, a few Sea Mullet and Spot.

The winds are SW at 13 and the water temp is 61 degrees. Waters calm, clear and chilly. Another steamy day. Lots of dog walkers out early.


Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported bottom fish.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Slow.

Nags Head: Small Blues and Spadefish.

Jennette’s: Slow.

Outer Banks: Sea Mullet and Spot. Temp at the pier is 64 degrees.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Inshore boats had a good  Big Drum bite, some Cobia and Shark. Nearshore anglers trolling had good numbers of Bluefish and Spanish. Also Albacore and Amberjack. The Headboat caught a good number of bottom fish.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
Fishing slowed yesterday. A few Yellowfin and Blackfin Tuna were decked. There were several Wahoo, Dolphin and Limits of Tilefish.
