Surf Fishing Report:
Sea Mullet, Bluefish and Spot

The winds are SW at 7 and the water temp is 72 degrees.


Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout and bottom fish.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Slow.

Nags Head: Sea Mullet and Trout.

Jennette’s: Bluefish, Croaker, Sea Mullet, spot and Sand Perch. Everything small.

Outer Banks: Nice size Sea Mullet, Spot, Bluefish and Flounder.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Nearshore reported Spanish, Bluefish and Albacore. Also a whopping 7.1 # trophy citation Spanish was hooked. Albacore, Cobia and great catches of Specks for the inshore boats. The Headboat anglers enjoyed catching Puffers, Sea Mullet, Sea Bass, Trout, Croakers, Flounder and Pins and Pigs.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
The fleet returns to the docks with some flags waving and boxes full of good catches of Dolphin, a few Yellowfin and for bottom fishing, Tilefish and Sea Bass.
