Surf Fishing Report:
Sea Mullet, Bluefish,Croaker and Spot. Every so often a Drum shows as it did for Lance Fuller fishing the Kitty Hawk surf.

The winds are NE at 9 and the water temp is 79 degrees. Nice day, sun is shining, water is choppy, little murky and fisherable.


Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported bottom fish and a few Trout.      

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Blues, Croakers and Spot. A 31 lb Cobia caught as well

Nags Head: Spanish and lots of Bluefish.

Jennette’s: Bluefish, Spot, Sea mullet and Triggers.

Outer Banks: Bluefish

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

The nearshore charters caught plenty Spanish and Bluefish and some Albacore. Inshore caught Spanish, Bluefish, Albacore and Sharks. There were plenty of nice Speckle Trout caught in the sound.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
The bluewater fleet brought home good numbers of Dolphin, a good amount of Blackfin, some Wahoo and the Yellowfin are still hanging around. There were Sailfish releases as well.
