Surf Fishing Report:
Despite the very rough water we had yesterday, there were Bluefish and Sea Mullet caught in S. Nags Head. The water is more fisherable today. It should be a good Bluefish day and maybe a Drum or 2.

I don’t have any new pictures this morning, but I have a great picture to share.

The winds are NE at 9 and the water temp is 79 degrees. Partly cloudy, choppy water, a nice day on the Outer Banks.


Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Croakers.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: No Contact.

Nags Head: Blues, Spanish, Flounder and throw back Drum.

Jennette’s: Bluefish, Bar Jacks, Sand Perch and 1 Puppy Drum.

Outer Banks: Bluefish, Spanish and small Drum.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

The boats stayed in yesterday.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
Rough seas and high winds kept the boats in the creek yesterday.
