Surf Fishing Report:
No report from the surf. The first people out will most likely catch a Drum. Find a good slough. Those buggers are right in the wash at your feet. The people on the piers are catching Drum with Shrimp this morning. I have caught some big uns from the surf with shrimp.

The wind is W at 14 and the water temp is 75. The sun is shining, ocean is rough, surfers are out, kids are back in school, a beautiful day on the Outer Banks and that’s a good thing because there is a lot of cleanup to be done.

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway was the place to be yesterday. One person caught 8 Catfish. There are Puppy Drum, some keepers, Croaker and Spot from the bridge.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Small Puppy Drum, Spot and Sea Mullet.

Nags Head: Slow.

Jennette’s: Small Puppy Drum.

Outer Banks: Small Puppy Drum.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

No report.

Offshore Boats Report:
The boats were still tied to the docks yesterday. They should get out today. I have received a video of Country Girl Charters Supper Grand Slam from last week. It’s a good show. Also a picture of the Anglers. Thanks. I don’t get enough news directly from the charters.
