Surf Fishing Report:
Scattered Drum, Sea Mullet and Bluefish.
The winds are SSE at 12 and the water temp is 77 degrees. Sun shining, ocean rough but fisherable, muddy water and windy.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout, Croakers, Spot and a 17 in Flounder Yesterday.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Slow.

Nags Head: Slow.

Jennette’s: Bluefish

Outer Banks: Sea Mullet and Pompano

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Nearshore anglers are decking plenty of Spanish and Bluefish, plus Albacore. Inshore catching the same with boats limited out on Speckle Trout. 

 

Offshore Boats Report:
Offshore had another banner day despite tropical storm Julie causing some problems with winds. Nice size Yellowfin, some boats with their limits, also limits of Dolphin and plenty Blackfin.  Good numbers of Billfish were caught and a Swordfish was included in the mix.
