Surf Fishing Report:
Yesterday was a good day along our beaches with anglers catching throwback Puppies, Pompano, Sea Mullet, Blues and plenty Spot.

The winds are SSW at 6 and the water temp is 75 degrees. Cloudy, PM showers, good clean surfing waves, calm winds.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported slow but a few keeper Trout, small Drum, Stripers and a keeper Flounder.


Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Trout, Puppy Drum, Spanish and Bluefish.

Nags Head: Bunch of Blues and Spanish.

Jennette’s: Trout, Spanish, Blues and a good run of Spot.

Outer Banks: Pompano, small Puppy Drum and Taylor Bluefish on lures.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

The inshore boats caught Bluefish, Spanish and Stripers. Nearshore also caught plenty Bluefish, Spanish and nice Albacore. The headboat caught good numbers of bottom fish.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
It was a fantastic day for the offshore anglers. They caught limits of  fat Yellowfin, one weighing in at 71 lbs. they also limited out on Dolphin, caught some Blackfin and a citation Wahoo weighing 41 lbs. There were White and Blue Marlin releases
