Surf Fishing Report:
Blues were caught north of the inlet yesterday and some Spot, Black Drum, Pompano and keeper Puppies. Also 45 in Red Drum caught in the 4x4 area up north by Pete Resh.

The winds are NE at18 and the water temp is 75 degrees.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported some keeper Stripers (Pictures) and some keeper Trout.


Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Spanish.

Nags Head: Not yet.

Jennette’s: Blues and Spanish.

Outer Banks: Best looking Blue yet, Spanish, small Puppy Drum, Pompano and Mullet.


Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Inshore open boats had a really good day decking Spanish, Bluefish, Trout, Puppy Drum, keeper Flounder and Red Drum releases. The nearhore boats also caught Spanish, Bluefish and Trout.
 

Offshore Boats Report:
The bluewater fleet are still filling their boxes with limits of Yellowfin. They are also catching plenty Blackfin and a few Dolphin. There were some Billfish landed as well.
