The wind is definitely a hindrance. Having said that, there were Bluefish, Black Drum and Puffers caught on the Frisco beaches. The jetties had Puffers and Black Drum.
Off shore fleet caught Bluefin, Yellowfin and Blackfin.
The inshore boats caught and released Stripers.
I am having a terrible time with my information on Striper regulation this year. Maybe it’s March Madness. The games last in to early morning. Here it is again. 2 per person per day at 18” TL minimum through April.
The winds are S at 18 and the water temp is 51 degrees. Warm temperatures and rain today.
