Surf Fishing Report:
Saturday was another good Puppy Drum bite. Nice Trout, Sea Mullet, Bluefish, Spot and Black Drum are in the surf. Fishing is exceptional this weekend for Piers, surf and boats.
The winds are NE at 7 and the water is 66 degrees.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout, Stripers and Puppy Drum.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: 2 Red Drum.
Nags Head: Trout, Puppy Drum Sea Mullet and Big Drum last night
Jennette’s: 2 Red Drum and Bluefish.
Outer Banks: Spot, Sand Perch, Puppy Drum, Trout, Mullet, Blues, Black Drum, Blow Toads, 44 in Red Drum, good Drum bite last night.
Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Inshore had a big Puppy Drum bite.
Offshore Boats Report:
The offshore fleet finally sailed again after Matthew and caught their limits of Yellowfin, some Dolphin and Wahoo.
