Surf Fishing Report:
Isaac Drummond fishing the Southern Shores surf caught Bluefish, Trout, keeper Drum and released Drum. That was the story on all our beaches with some Spot, Sea Mullet, Black Drum and Croaker added to the mix.

The wind is SSW at 5 and the water temp is 65 degrees. Sunny, light winds, clean waves and the surfers are out.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout, Drum and Stripers.


Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Puppy Drum, keeper Trout, Sea Mullet, Black Drum, and Croakers.

Nags Head: Blues, Mullet, Puppy Drum and Trout

Jennette’s: Blues, Trout, Gray Trout, and a 44 in Red Drum.

Outer Banks: Mullet, Blues, Blow toads, Puppy Drum and big Drum.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

The inshore and offshore anglers had nice catches of Puppy Drum, and released Red Drum. They reeled in some nice Specks, keeper Flounder and released some Stripers.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
The fishing is back to normal for the offshore fleet. Most of the fleet limited out on Yellowfin and the Dolphin were plentiful. There were also a few Wahoo.
