Surf Fishing Report:
I have my first hunting picture of the season. Joseph Tyson harvested a mature big bodied 9 point buck the opening day of gun season. Tyson was at the hunting camp in Conway, NC. This is a chance for me to remind everyone TW’s stock a generous amount of hunting supplies.
Surf fishing slowed yesterday. There were a few Sea Mullet and small Drum.
The winds are SSW at 8 and the water is 68 degrees. Large swells, murky water, winds are light, sun is shining. There are Jet skis in the ocean in S Nags Head this morning. Great weather on the Outer Bank. We were due.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge anglers on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported pretty good action yesterday catching Stripers, Trout and Puppy Drum. More of the same today.
