Surf Fishing Report:
Surf fishing is slow overall. A few Sea Mullet and small Drum. Really ready for this blow to be over.

The winds are N at 17 and the water is 66 degrees. Sunny, windy, sloppy windswell, wave height 5 ft.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Stripers.


Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Bluefish.

Nags Head: Blue and small Drum.

Jennette’s: Trout and Puffers.

Outer Banks: Sea Mullet and Blow Toads.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Nearhore still hasn’t made it through the inlet as of yesterday. The inshore boats caught Flounder, Stripers and Puppy Drum.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
A few charters made it through the inlet Monday and brought in Yellowfin and Blackfin. Quite a good number of Blackfin were citations. A good number of Wahoo were caught and King Mackerel as well. One Sailfish was released.
