Surf Fishing Report:
Puppy Drum are already biting this morning. Anglers are catching Trout, Drum, Blue, Sea Mullet, Black Drum and Spot along our beaches. The fishing is outstanding for surf and the piers.

The winds are SE at 11 and the water is 64 degrees. Another beautiful fall day on the Outer Banks. Sunny day, water is calm and clear for the most part and light winds.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported the water real fresh and real muddy. Catching Catfish.


Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Blues, Drum and Trout.

Nags Head: Blues, Puffers, Spot, Trout and Drum.

Jennette’s: Bluefish and Speckle Trout.

Outer Banks: Drum, one keeper. Bluefish, Gray Trout, Pompano and Blues on lures..

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Some inshore boats caught Puppy Drum, Striped Bass and Speckle Trout.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
A few offshore charters fished yesterday and returned with good numbers of Blackfin, some Yellowfin and Wahoo. A couple citation Wahoo were caught.
