Surf Fishing Report:
Drum fishing continues to be good at the inlet. Linda Scott was an early bird this morning and what a beautiful morning it is. Scattered Drum, Bluefish, Trout, Sea Mullet and Spot up and down on all our beaches.

The winds are SSW at 10 and the water is 66 degrees. Water is flat, light winds and a sunny day.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported no report.


Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Trout, Drum, Bluefish, Mullet and Spot.

Nags Head: Trout and Puppy Drum.

Jennette’s: Blues, Trout and 8 Red Drum.

Outer Banks: Blues, Mullet, Trout and Gray Trout.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

The nearshore boats trolling caught loads of Bluefish and Spanish. The inshore open boats had good catches of Speckle Trout and some Albacore.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
19 boats sailed yesterday in this most beautiful weather. They had a mix catch of Blackfin, scattered Yellowfin, some Dolphin, Tilefish, Amberjack and Wahoo.
