Early morning fishing on the south beaches was fair and then there was rain. Big Sharks, Blowtoads and Dogfish were caught at the point. Sea Mullet, Bluefish, few Gray Trout, and Blowtoads up and down on all the beaches. A few Puppy Drum reported on the Hatteras beaches as well.

The off-shore boats returned with catches of Yellowfin, Blackfin and catch and release catches of Bluefin.

In-shore anglers had some catch and release Stripers and also some Puffers.

The Piers are catching Puffers this morning.

 

The winds are NW at 10 switching to stronger W winds later and the water temp is 52 degrees.
