Surf Fishing Report:
Loads of Puppy Drum caught again on Sunday, Trout, Bluefish, Black Drum and Sea Mullet. Surf fishing and pier fishing was exceptional all weekend and the week ahead looks good also. Send pictures and news.
The winds are ENE at 9 and the water is 59 degrees. Rain, calm wind and flat water.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported some keeper Striper and Trout.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Small Trout.
Nags Head: Small Trout.
Jennette’s: Slow.
Outer Banks: Small Puppies, small Bluefish and Black Drum.
Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Inshore boats caught Striped Bass.
Offshore Boats Report:
The bluewater fleet sailed yesterday and had good catches of Blackfin, some Yellowfin, King Mackerel and citation Wahoo weighing in from 42 to 61 lbs.
