It was a good day for the anglers fishing on the beaches south of the bridge. Around the Buxton beaches were Blowtoads, Sea Mullet and small Bluefish. The point had nice Bluefish, Blowtoads and Shark. South of the Jetties had some slot Puppies. Frisco had Blowtoads, Sea Mullet and a few Drum.
The fleet stayed in yesterday.
The little Bridge reported many small Stripers.
OBX Pier had a good run of Puffers yesterday and a few Sea Mullet. Avalon caught Bluefish early this morning.
The winds are NW at 8 and the water temp is 53 degrees. It is a chilly morning with the sun shining. The water is pretty flat this morning with the surf 2-3 ft.
