Surf Fishing Report:
Drum were scattered along the beaches yesterday.  A few Black Drum and small Trout as well. Shrimp was productive bait yesterday for Drum.  Today should also be a good Drum day for surf fishermen. I just received Cobert’s picture from the store. His Trout was caught this morning.

Recreational fishermen should pick up a Coastal Waters guide for Sports Fishermen from our tackle shop. You can also go on the Division of Marine Fisheries web site for information. http://portal.ncdenr.org/web/mf/recreational-fishing-size-and-bag-limits

The winds are NW at 7 and the water is 55 degrees. It is a cold sunny day, calm winds and small swells. Beautiful day for catching fish.
