Fishing Report:
There were Bluefish and Puppy Drum caught off of Frisco beach. Puppy Drum and Sea Mullet caught in Buxton and the point as well. Colby Walke, son of TW’s Nick Walke caught and released a Red Drum. I might add it is not Colby’s first. Trout were caught on our beaches. Anglers fishing in the Avalon area caught some large Trout some weighing in at 5 lbs. Avalon Pier anglers had a great Trout day. Today the piers are catching Sea Mullet, Trout and Blues.
The Little Bridge anglers reporting Trout, Stripers and Puppies. Bob Kudlaty hooked a 16 in Black Drum.
Pirates Cove Marina reported great catches of Yellowfin and the first Sailfish of the season.
The winds are SE at 7 and the water is 55 degrees. Cloudy/showers, sloppy swells, calm winds.
