In Summary:

 

Fishing Report:
Big Bluefish are everywhere. You can hook them using bait or metal. It was reported a surf fisherman in S. Nags Head fishing beside the OBX pier caught 20 casting metal. There were a few Puppy Drum scattered on the beaches also.

The Little Bridge slowed a little but still caught some Drum, Stripers and Trout and some Flounder.

OBX pier is catching big Bluefish this morning. They had a blitz yesterday. Avalon has a few Bluefish and Nags head said there are plenty in the water. Jennette’s Pier is catching Skates and Sharks. Their hours are now 5 am to midnight.

The nearshore boats also caught big Blues along the beaches.

The buewater fleet caught their limits of Yellowfin with one 82 lb citation. A few Dolphin were caught and a Blackfin.

The winds are SSW at 11 and the water is 56 degrees. Sunny, light winds, waters murky.
